this sometimes happens when someone new comes on and the models somehow become corrupt during DLing and then you see someone shooting an error sign, the way to fix this is to do this

simply go into steam/your account name/synergy/synergy/materals folder

and delete the folder titled models and then rejoin the server.
 if that doesnt work rinse and repeat till it does
