Hello everyone, I'm Robin, nicknamed Chavez.

I started playing on your server(s?) yesterday (if I can recall correctly), and absolutely loved your setup. Unlike the rest of all servers, you guys actually don't have a gay home brewed campaign that nobody is interested in. No, unlike those servers, you have, compared to other HL2 campaign servers, a stable platform with great administrators. Therefore I decided to register on your forums.

I'm currently a nineteen year old college student working part time for the navy. In short, my education involves everything about computers, programming and networking systems. I know C#, I can program Cisco hardware (not implying that I like it), and I'm currently studying C++ on my own, but I haven't made much progress with that just yet.

I have a few hobbies, I'll write a brief story about. I'm a marksman, I've fired a lot of weapons ranging from .22/.22LR to 7.62 and .308 special. I would love to own rifles with higher calibers, but there's some serious issues with those in my country, therefore it's prohibited to own such ammunition. I own a SIG Sauer P220 (9mm), and an FN High Standard (.22LR), and I often rent guns at the range.

I'm a fond anime watcher. Don't expect to see me watching cheesy things, however. If there's anything I absolutely despise, it's awfully constructed series. So if you want someone to talk with about Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, Death Note, Code Geass, etcetera, then please don't contact me, because I'm not interested. I don't have a favorite genre, but I like two types of series, which is satire, and seinen (mature animation, not specifically erotic). So for me, anime has to be written really well, or has to make no sense at all. In both cases, it has to be interesting enough.

And last, but not least, I'm into gaming. I've played a lot of games in different genres, but then again, who hasn't? I have administered lots of Lineage 2 private servers, with communities ranging from 30 to 3000 players. It was an awesome game, but as usual, NCSoft got over enthusiastic and practically murdered the game with all expansions coming after the second (Chronicle 2). I've played EVE for some time, which in my opinion is the best MMORPG ever to be made, but due to the humongous time it requires, I paused my account. Besides those, I've played many more known and unknown MMORPG's (and concluded WoW was pretty much the worst in it's genre, why do people like it so much anyway?), and eventually dropped the genre. Meanwhile, I've played RTS games, FPS games, etc etc. I can't be bothered writing about that because Steam does a way better job keeping my statistics with those.
